MeKi Tamara Neurodevelopment Year 1

March 28, 2019

As from May 2018 we started conducting development tests among the MeKi Tamara children aged between 12 and 18 months. The Bayley-III is an instrument to assess the cognitive, motor and language development of infants and toddlers (up to 3,5 years old) and takes about 1,5 hours. The test provides information on the current development level of the child. Furthermore, it also enables a conservative prognosis regarding the expected development.

In addition, mothers are interviewed to collect data on these mothers and the social-emotional development and adaptive behavior of the child.

Due to circumstances, we currently have a delay in conducting tests and are making all efforts to catch up on this delay.
